Laura Smith has complete oversight of all K-12 education sales across North Carolina and South Carolina while continuing to develop her influence in college, university, and consultant partnerships throughout the region. 

Laura is a valued member of the Culinary Concepts team for the past year, but her experience in foodservice sales goes much deeper. She began her career in dealer sales coverage, later moving into a statewide sales role with Swanson Girard in South Carolina, where she represented manufacturers for over 17 years. A proud South Carolina native, Laura brings both experience and personal commitment to the customers and partners she serves. 

Beyond her sales leadership, Laura also serves on the Paradigm Healthcare and Education Committee, where she contributes to strategic initiatives across the education segment. Laura's favorite thing about working with K-12 is tackling new challenges every day.
